pd11 Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page covers every money operation your pd11 account handles — depositing funds, requesting a withdrawal and completing identity verification before your first payout. The local payment methods available here are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX online banking; each one appears inside the Cashier section of your account once you are logged in. Before you act, read the deposit section to understand which method to pick and where the confirmation appears, then move to the withdrawal section to see how payouts are routed back to your wallet. The verification section after that explains which documents we need and why they matter for protecting your balance.
When you are ready to add funds, head straight to the Cashier tab inside your account — it is visible on both the mobile and desktop layout without needing to dig through any sub-menus. From there, choose the payment method that suits you: Touch 'n Go eWallet works well if your balance is already loaded and you want the transaction confirmed without switching between apps, while FPX connects directly to your bank's own login page so no card details are stored on our side. DuitNow is the third route, useful when you prefer a direct bank transfer using your registered mobile number or NRIC as the proxy.
Log in and open the Cashier
Tap the Cashier icon at the top of the account page. The deposit and withdrawal options are both housed here, separated by tab.
Select your local payment method
Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX from the method list. The page updates to show the fields for that specific method.
Enter the amount and confirm
Key in the amount within the range shown on screen. Double-check the figure, then hit Confirm — you will be redirected or prompted to approve inside your wallet or bank app.
Funds credited to your balance
Once the payment provider confirms the transaction, the amount lands in your account wallet. Check Transaction History if the balance does not update immediately.
PAYOUT REQUEST
Requesting a Withdrawal from Your Account
Withdrawals follow a straightforward path through the same Cashier section you used to deposit. The key requirement before any payout is processed is that the identity verification on your account is marked complete — if it is still pending, the withdrawal form will show you exactly which document is outstanding. Once verification is clear, select the payout method. We route withdrawals back to the same wallet or bank account you deposited from as a standard security measure; this protects your funds by keeping the money flow within verified ownership. DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are both accepted as withdrawal destinations where your account is verified to match.
Open Cashier and choose Withdraw
Log in, tap Cashier, then switch to the Withdraw tab. Your verified payout methods appear here based on what you deposited with.
Pick your payout destination
Select Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow as shown in your account. Enter the wallet ID or bank proxy linked to your verified identity.
Enter the withdrawal amount
Type the amount within the minimum and maximum shown on the form. Submit the request — you will see a Pending status appear immediately.
Track status in Transaction History
Your withdrawal moves through Pending to Approved in Transaction History. Keep the reference number from the confirmation screen in case you need to follow up with support.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verifying Your pd11 Account Identity
Account verification is the step that protects your balance and unlocks your withdrawal access. We require it because matching your identity to your registered wallet means no one else can request a payout from your account. The documents accepted are a government-issued photo ID — your MyKad works for Malaysia residents — and, where the system flags it, a recent proof of address or a screenshot of your registered wallet showing your name. Upload these through the Verification section inside your account settings; the review status is visible there after submission.
Open Verification in account settings
Find the Verification tab inside your account profile. The page lists exactly which documents are still outstanding for your account.
Upload your government-issued ID
A clear photo or scan of your MyKad is the standard requirement. Make sure all four corners are visible and the text is readable before uploading.
Submit wallet or address proof if requested
Some accounts are asked for a screenshot of the registered Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank statement showing your name. Upload it in the same section.
Check review status
The Verification section updates with Approved or a note on what needs resubmission. Approval unlocks full withdrawal access on your account.
LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Methods Available at pd11
The three local payment rails inside the pd11 Cashier are built for how Malaysia accounts actually move money day-to-day. Touch 'n Go eWallet suits anyone who keeps a loaded eWallet balance for regular transactions. FPX connects you directly to your own bank's secure login so no banking credentials are stored on our platform. DuitNow allows transfers using your mobile number or NRIC as the payment proxy, keeping things simple when you switch between devices. All three appear in the Cashier tab once your account is active — the available methods shown at login are the ones confirmed for your account and region, subject to local law and eligible regions.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Deposit directly from your loaded eWallet balance. The transaction confirmation appears inside the app and in your pd11 Transaction History
FPX Online Banking
Bank-direct transfer through your own bank's login page. Covers major Malaysia banks and keeps your banking credentials on your bank's side, not ours.
DuitNow
Transfer using your registered mobile number or NRIC as the DuitNow proxy. Works as both a deposit and withdrawal route for verified accounts.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet Statement to Your Account History
Every deposit and withdrawal you complete through pd11 generates a reference entry in two places: the Transaction History inside your account and the transaction record inside your wallet or bank app. Keeping these two records in sync is straightforward once you know which details to match. The reference number shown in your pd11 Transaction History is the same identifier that the payment provider attaches to the transfer on their side — so if a transaction looks correct in your wallet but does not yet appear on the account, that reference is what our support team uses to locate it. Check both sides before raising a query.
Reference Number
Every pd11 transaction carries a unique reference number visible in Transaction History. Note this number from the confirmation screen immediately after a deposit or withdrawal — it is the fastest way to match the record on both sides.
Status Labels
Transaction History uses three status labels: Pending, Approved and Completed. Pending means the request is queued; Approved means it has cleared our side; Completed means the wallet or bank confirms receipt. A transaction stuck at Pending longer than expected warrants a support message.
Account History Filter
The Transaction History page inside your account lets you filter by date range and transaction type — deposits and withdrawals are listed separately. Use this filter when reconciling a specific session or month rather than scrolling the full list.
Evidence to Keep
Save the confirmation screenshot from your wallet app alongside the pd11 Transaction History entry for any withdrawal request. If a dispute arises, having both the wallet-side and the account-side record on hand speeds up the resolution with our support team considerably.
ACCOUNT SAFETY
How We Protect Your Transactions and Account
Account security at pd11 works across several layers, from the moment you access the site through to the point a withdrawal is released. Domain verification, identity matching and wallet ownership checks each serve a distinct function in keeping your money and your account details secure. If you ever notice something unexpected on your account, the right move is to contact our support team straight away — do not wait, as earlier contact means faster resolution. The support channel details are visible inside your account under Help.
Domain Check Before You Log In
Always access your account through pd11 — the verified domain. Before entering your login details, check the address bar. Our domain does not vary; any slight spelling difference in the URL is a sign of a phishing attempt, not a site update.
Identity Verification on Payouts
Withdrawal requests are matched against the verified identity on your account before release. This check means payouts go only to the wallet or bank account confirmed as yours during the verification step — no exceptions are made for unverified accounts.
Wallet Ownership Matching
We match the name on your registered Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow account to the name on your pd11 profile. Transactions from wallets that do not match the account holder name are flagged and held for manual review to protect you.
Support Route for Account Concerns
The Help section inside your account shows the current support contact route. If a transaction does not appear in your history within the expected window, or if you receive a suspicious login alert, use that contact path and include your transaction reference number.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Common Questions About pd11 Banking
The questions below cover the scenarios we hear from accounts most often — covering deposits, withdrawals, verification timelines and what to do when something does not go as expected. If your question is not here, the Help section inside your account is the fastest next step.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my pd11 account?
The Cashier section of your account shows Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX as available deposit methods. The exact options visible after login reflect what is confirmed for your account and region, subject to local law.
What is the minimum deposit amount at pd11?
The minimum deposit amount is shown in the Cashier tab when you select your payment method. The figure displayed there is the live, account-specific minimum — we do not publish a fixed number here because it can vary by method.
Why has my withdrawal request stayed at Pending status?
A Pending withdrawal usually means your account verification is still under review, or the request is queued for processing. Check the Verification section first; if that shows Approved, contact support with your transaction reference number for a status update.
Do I need to complete identity verification before my first withdrawal?
Yes. Verification must be marked Approved on your account before any withdrawal is released. Upload your MyKad and any additional documents shown in the Verification section as soon as possible to avoid delays when you are ready to request a payout.
Can I withdraw to a different wallet than the one I deposited from?
As a standard security measure, we route withdrawals back to the same verified wallet or bank account used for deposits. If you need to update your payout destination, contact support through the Help section before submitting a withdrawal request.
My deposit went through in my Touch 'n Go eWallet but my pd11 balance has not updated — what do I do?
Note the transaction reference number from your app, then check Transaction History inside your pd11 account for a matching entry.
